Jet Ski Tour Terms – Ocean Jet Ski & Boat Tenerife
The Jet Ski GUIDED tours are organized by “Ocean Jet Ski & Boat Tenerife”, registered under
the company name Dumoulin Quentin Laurent and company number Y5009667M, and based in Marina San Miguel Pantalan B, Amarilla
Golf 38639, Tenerife.
Criteria for participating in the activity (according to the Spanish legislation):
- The organizer will provide a safety session on the jet ski handling basics in open water.
- The participant is accompanied by the guide who is directing the group during the excursion.
- The meeting time is 20 minutes before the booked time to get prepared and start the tour at the booked time.
The following rules must be observed:
- Minimum distances:
o 200 meters from the coast
o 50 meters from other jet ski and ALL the other watercraft (including the guiding
boat) - Riding the jet ski according to the positioning explained by the guide.
- The participant must observe the instructions of the monitor.
It is forbidden to take the phone during the tour, or any device which is impeding the
driver’s ability.
Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit is required from 2 jet ski or more, to ensure the observance of the safety
rules (especially the safety distance between the jet ski). It can be paid by card or cash.
The customers get back the deposit at the end of the tour
The deposit corresponds to 50 euros per jet ski.
The activity is covered by accident insurance, however if damage results from non-
compliance with the safety rules, then charges will be made to cover costs of repair and indemnities
Cancellation policy:
The customer can cancel o amend the booking and get a full refund up to 24 hours
before the beginning of the tour.

Delay policy :
-If there is no other customer than you taking part to the tour, we will wait for you and
the time corresponding to the delay will be lost. We are considering the meeting time
(20 minutes before the booked time)
-If other customer are booked in the same tour, we won’t be able to wait for you more
than 15 minutes. If the delay is more important than 15 minutes we would reschedule
the tour and an extra of 50% of the total cost will be necessary.

This is prohibited taking part to the jet ski tour under the effects of drugs and alcohol.
The customers are responsible for making sure their health conditions are compatible
with the activities organized by Ocean Jet Ski & Boat (by example the pregnant women
are not allowed)
The organizer assumes no responsibility for loss or damage of customer personal
belongings.
If any information in these terms is not clear to the participant, he must ask for further
explanations from the organizer. By signing the terms, the participant confirms he
understands and accepts all the terms.
Términos y Condiciones
Criterios para participar en la actividad (según la legislación española):
- El organizador impartirá una sesión de seguridad sobre los fundamentos del manejo de la moto acuática en aguas abiertas.
- El participante va acompañado por el guía que dirige al grupo durante la excursión.
- La hora de encuentro es 20 minutos antes de la hora reservada para prepararse y comenzar la excursión a la hora reservada.
Deben respetarse las siguientes normas
- Distancias mínimas:
- 200 metros de la costa
- 50 metros de otras motos acuáticas y TODAS las demás embarcaciones (incluida la embarcación de guía)
- Conducir la moto acuática según el posicionamiento explicado por el guía.
- El participante debe seguir las instrucciones del monitor.
Está prohibido llevar el teléfono durante el recorrido, o cualquier dispositivo que impida la habilidad del conductor.
Depósito de seguridad:
Se requiere un depósito reembolsable a partir de 2 motos acuáticas, para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad (especialmente la distancia de seguridad entre las motos de agua). Se puede pagar con tarjeta o en efectivo.
Los clientes recuperan la fianza al final de la excursión.
La fianza corresponde a 50 euros por moto acuática.
La actividad está cubierta por un seguro de accidentes, en el caso de que se produzcan daños en los vehículos por incumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, se cobrarán gastos de reparación e indemnizaciones.
Política de cancelación:
El cliente puede cancelar o modificar la reserva y obtener un reembolso completo hasta 24 horas antes del inicio de la excursión.

Política de retrasos :
-Si no hay más clientes que usted participando en el tour, le esperaremos y se perderá el tiempo correspondiente al retraso. Consideramos la hora de encuentro (20 minutos antes de la hora reservada)
-Si hay otros clientes en el mismo tour, no podremos esperarle más de 15 minutos (si las condiciones lo permiten). Si el retraso es superior a 15 minutos, reprogramaremos la visita y le cobraremos un suplemento del 50% del precio total.

Está prohibido participar en la excursión en moto de agua bajo los efectos de drogas y alcohol.
Los clientes son responsables de asegurarse de que sus condiciones de salud son compatibles
con las actividades organizadas por Ocean Jet Ski & Boat (por ejemplo las mujeres embarazadas
no están permitidas)
El organizador no asume ninguna responsabilidad por la pérdida o daño de las pertenencias personales del cliente.
Si alguna información de estos términos no está clara para el participante, debe pedir más explicaciones al organizador. Al firmar las condiciones, el participante confirma que entiende y acepta todas las condiciones.
